What value is there in reading Shostak's ethnography of the Kung as opposed to just watching the N'ai video?

I'm having a problem coming up with an outline and thesis statement for this question. I think I have included all the information, but I'm not sure. This is my first social science class, and I'm not sure how to include examples.
