Biochemical and behavioural Pharmacology

Experiment to determine the affinity for competitive antagonists at cholinoceptors in isolated tissues

All the information is in the attached files.  

The first 3 files provide a description of what the experiment was about, how we carried it out, and theory etc.  I have not been able to attach these files however, can email them on request.

The calculations file  are the calculations for the experiment and you need to use these to justofy results etc.

What i want you to do is look at the attachment "write-up guideline" and provide a detailed solution and response to the RESULTS, DISCUSSION & A VERY BRIEF ADDITONAL SECTION areas.
