Enzyme Kinetics

In a lab on enzyme kinetics the effect of enzyme concentration on enzyme activity and the effect of substrate concentration on enzyme activity were determined.  If you changed the temperature, what do you think would happen to the enzyme reaction rate? Could you also explain to me what is meant by the term Q10?
