Discrimination in the workplace

I'm writing a paper on obesity and im having trouble coming up with some of the barriers obese individuals face when it comes to the workplace.  For example, they are not offered a job because of all the health problems they may have due to being overweight.  Unfortunately, that's the only barrier I can think of. Any suggestions? Thank you
