Been a victim for given respect to a work leader.

Research: On been a victim for given respect to the person in charge

On September 6, 2005 around 11:55 am, I reported to work and said to my work leader Mrs. Kim Soto that I am here 5 minutes early. She in term interpreted my saying as sarcastic. She reported it to the department manager, and we had a discussion on my saying. I said what I said and I meant what I said. Can this be sarcasm or interrupting the workforce?  Can you please interpret this for me?

My understanding is that you made a remark "I am here 5 minutes early" which your work leader understood and (interpreted) as being sarcastic.  When you talked to your department manager later in your own defense, you said this: "I said what I said, and I meant what I said." And I stand by what I said. Just given respect to the person in charge. "Good morning I am here 5 minutes early" I was told by Mr. Chaney the Deputy Commissary Officer three weeks ago, every employee should report to the person in charge on duty. Indeed I did and now I am the "victim".

The store manager Mr. Templeton was cited by Mrs. Soto over the produce manager Mrs. Higgins for assistance. With the misinterpreted statement. Mrs. Soto made point in an angry tone of voice and Mr. Templeton turn to me Mr. McDonald pointing his finger asking Why are saying that? (Which is the misinterpreted statement)? With Mr. Templeton pointing his finger at me, that causes me to stand-up to give him an answer in a firm tone of voice. And he orders me to sign-out for the rest of the day saying that I am "disrupting the workplace" So he never heard my side of the statement and my intent.

Note: This is not the first time Mr. Templeton as handle Issues in this department like the above. Always justifying for Mrs. Soto. to give her "a second chance" and the other side of the story get push under the rug.

Follow-up Inquiry:

On September 8, 2005 around 10:30 am. I called the produce department manager Mrs. Higgins to inquire when my next schedule work day is. And Mrs. Higgins stated that I cannot return to work until she talks to the store manager Mr. Templeton.

On September 12, 2005. Around 10:45 am. I called Mrs. Higgins concerning when my next schedule work day is. And she stated the same as above. So I ask what the reasoning is. And she stated I have no reason. But call my back after 14:45 pm.

Can someone please analyze this issue . and give a top level management dession making?
