Competitor analysis of WellsFargo.com

I need a detailed competitors analysis of WellsFargo.com - online bank / financial institution as it stands at the moment for a case study. I am in South Africa and is difficult for me because I am not familiar with the US online financial institutions.

Solution Summary

Here is just a sample of what you will find in the solution:

"The second most important factor in determining ROE for Wells Fargo is profit margin.  It has remained relatively stable over the past six years, fluctuating within a 160 basis point range, except for 1998, when margins were significantly lower."
