The moral philosophy best suited for business decision making is Utilitarianism.

Principle of Utilitarianism focuses on an act that produces the greatest ratio of good to evil for everyone. Therefore, it acts as a suitable guide to business people in a situation of ethical dilemma. By using this theory, managers involved in business decision making chose the course of action which provides a win-win situation for everybody with maximum benefits and minimum loses. Utilitarianism in a way does a cost benefit analysis of each situation and help in choosing a course of action which provides least harm as compared to other alternatives.

Since it is of high important in today's competitive business environment to make all the stakeholders of the organization happy and satisfied, utilitarianism as a moral philosophy aims to create best possible win-win situation for everybody in the organization.
