Training and Development
The SMC Company has no formal training programs in place. All of the current supervisors were promoted due to seniority. This needs company-wide development and training programs for SMC. Based on the results of your previously developed staffing plan, include a comprehensive training program addressing the following needs:
1) Existing employees
2) Newly hired employees
3) Supervisors and directors
How will you reinforce and sustain the training? Only using reinforcement and sustainability?
