Concentration of Tris

A widely used buffer is known as Tris, which has a molecular weight of 121, and a pK of 8.1.Tris is a base which is ordinarily neutralized with HCl. during the course of the reaction you are studying, it is anticipated that 0.01 moles per liter of H+ will be produced.

When the pH of the reaction drops 0.3 units below its optimum of 8.1, the reaction stops.

What is the minimum concentration of Tris at pH 8.1 needed to insure that the pH of the reaction solution does not drop below 7.8? what is the minimum concentration HEPES (mol. weight of 255 and pK of7.5 ) at ph8.1 needed to insure that the pH does not drop below 7.8?
