Equilibrium constant problem

I am on an equilibrium constant problem: 1/2 N2 + 3/2 H2 (ARROWS BOTH WAYS) NH3
K' = [NH3] / [N2]^1/2 [H2]^ 3/2 = K^1/2 (1.3 x 10^-2)^1/2=0.11  Why does it equal 0.11??
