I need to make approximately 100 mls of each of the following solutions, and need to know how to dilute to do this:

A. I have 30% hydrogen peroxide solution, and need to make up a 3% solution.

B. I have a 0.1N NaOH solution, and want to make up a 0.01N solution.

C. I have 85% Phosphoric Acid solution, and want to make a 25% solution.
