Chemical Conversion Problem

How do I make a 0.4mg/kg dose of Na2SeO3 (sodium selenite FW=172.9)?

I need to prepare a stock solution (10mls) of sodium selenite dissolved in deionized water.

Once this solution is made, I need to administer 0.4mg/kg of this compound to a 200g lab rat.

The stock solution needs to be made first and then the lab rat can be treated with 0.2 ml of the sodium selenite solution....but the animal cannot receive more than 0.4mg/kg.
