Reaction Kinetics : First Order Process

The 1st order composition of hydrogen peroxide has a rate constant of 7.30 X 10-4 s^-1 at 25 degrees C. Determine the percent of hydrogen peroxide that has decomposed after the first 500 seconds?

Since I do not have the initial concentration, I was going to use half life equation and take the percentage of that.  The missing concentration has me stumped. This homework problem I have been going around and around for days - I need help!

Solution Summary

This solution explains how to calculate the percentage of hydrogen peroxide remaining after 500 s if the decomposition follows a first-order rate law.
