Retrosynthesis

Provide a retrosynthetic and forward analysis for the following molecule, starting from commercially available compounds.  The retrosynthesis should clearly identify the synthons and their synthetic equivalents. Also functional group interconversions and bond disconnections should be clearly indicated where needed.   The forward synthesis should include reagents and conditions for each step.
