Finding reagents

Hello,
I am having some trouble finding the correct reagents to form the specified products.  I have attached a pdf file with the products.  There are 3 reagents involved.  Here is what I have come up with so far but I am not sure they are correct.

1)   BH3 in THF/H20 & H2O2

2)  PBR3 via SN2

3)  Li, Pentene & CH3I

Could someone please check this and make sure I am doing it correctly?
Thanks
