Dehydration of Methylcyclohexanol

What is the step by step mechanism for dehydration of 2-methylcyclohexanol so that the following products are obtained:3-methylcyclohexene (non-Zaitsev, E2), 1-methylcyclohexene (Zaitsev, E1), and methylenecyclohexene (hydride shift, minor product)? In addition, the 2-methylcyclohexanl exist in both cis and trans form.

Please show the step by step mechanism produced for each product.  Please also note if there are differences in the mechanisms for the cis vs. trans starting material.
Can you also briefly explain each mechanism? I haven't a hard time understand the step by step for each mecahnisms.

Thanks.
