Need three examples of code reuse with supporting data. (reduced request)

Please review the attachment for the scenario and additional task information. (NOTE: The routines don’t need to be complicated, just effective and easily understood.) All four requirements must be met.

1. I need 4 distinct (from different products/locations) examples of reuse code that could be incorporated into the mock program being developed based on from the attached scenario. I’ve bolded areas in the scenario where the reuse code would be good examples to use.  
2. Please explain what the reuse code does.
3. Explain what would need to be modified in the reuse code to incorporate this code into the program being developed for the scenario.  In other words, what would I change to make it pertinent to the program I’d be building?
4. Provide a links from showing the website where you got the code after each example so I can understand and research for me.

NOTE: I've bolded areas in the senario as "suggestions" for the code reuse that are should be relatively easy.
