What might get an international multiplier effect moving in the right direction? (use the example provided below to show how the economy can get the multiplier effect  for the high tech industry back on the right track.

The multiplyer process explains the decline in investment which may lead to a cutback in production and income. A reduction in total income will in turn lead to a reduction in consumer spending. These additional cuts in spending cause further decrease in income, leading to additional spending reductions.
for example: High tech Firms Vicious cycle:

Waves of high tech firms and economic slump continue to crash onto Asian shores. Global recession will cut up to 16000 workers..
The US econmy- especiall the tech sector was the primary locamotive for the export economies of Jaoan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia. Now that the bubble has burst, it is having devastating effects on Asia.
- Japan will be laying off workers in plants in tailand, Vietnam, Philippines
-Economy of taiwan exporter of high tech parts has officially entered a recession
-Whn US economy started limping last year, Asia was still going strong. Now aAsia is expected to grow only 2 % and japans economy is flatening. Chinas economic forecast says about 4-6% drop.

Like a bomerage effect, the economic chill in Asia is circling back and hurting the UsA. Economists call it the "international multiplier effect".
