For a short time I worked in a Japanese factory. Twice a day they were
given a 15 minute break. During this break, they switched into their
athletic shoes, drug out a badminton net and played badminton. I hardly
thought 15 minutes was worth this effort but these 15 minutes had a profound
effect on their outlook. Have any of you had any experience with this type
of activity at your workplace? How does your workplace positively promote health and nutrition? What sort of wellness programs would you enjoy if given the opportunity?
