Advice for a person with high blood pressure

Your maternal aunt is 50 years old and has just been informed by her physician that she has a borderline high blood pressure of 145/102.  She is quite worried as your maternal grandparents had high blood pressure that partly the cause of their passing at ages 60 and 62. Your aunt enjoys eating a hearty meal of meat and all the trimmings. She makes wonderful desserts that she also enjoys. She will eat fruits only if they are in baked goods, ice cream, and other form of sweets.  In reality, her physical "exercise" is in the kitchen and in doing her groceries shopping, which she usually asks her daughter to do for her. You love your aunt very much and would like to help her control her blood pressure.  Your aunt also loves you and would usually listen to your advice. What advice would you give her?
