It is sometimes alleged that all moral truths are true relative to a culture.
Culture is relative from place to place and age to age. Everybody agrees with that. However, not everybody agrees that morality is equally relative from culture to culture and age to age. Some people argue, and quite rightly, that there are moral rules that are absolute and universal to which every culture and age adheres.
