Calculating central tendency, dispersion, and skewness.

I can figure out the mean and the median, but I am very unclear as to what or how I am supposed to figure out the Pearson's method.  Can someone help me?

a. Determine the mean, median, and the standard deviation.
Mean - $3.04  Median - $2.00 Standard Deviation - $8.77
b. Determine the coefficient of skewness using Pearson's method.

c. Determine the coefficient of skewness using the software method.
