1999-2000 I coached and counselled individuals and small groups on many levels of educational and life issues. Mental Health Services 2001-2002 I coached and counselled individuals and groups on many mental health and living issues. University of Saskatchewan 2002-Present I am a coach and mentor for university students. We discuss and work on many educational and study concerns. |
| Skills & Achievements: | I have 10 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and counselling individuals. Together we work towards realizing individual visions and dreams. |
| Career Interests: | I am currently pursuing my Masters in Educational Counselling Psychology and plan to work either in a school setting or with a professional counselling organization. |
| Outside Interests: | I love to read, socialize with friends and family, and spend as much time outdoors as possible. |
| Message to Students and/or Parents: |
I believe that learning is a life long journey and a collaberate effort between the teacher assistant and the student. As well, I believe that we all have unigue ways of learning; therefore, I approach my learning sessions in a multi-dimensional manner. In this way, we can work together to set learning goals and address specific difficulties in a way that meets the needs of each individual student. |
