Message to Students
and/or Parents:
As a university student of 7 years, and an experienced teaching assistant, I am quite familiar with the environment of higher learning. When guiding seminars, I prefer to challenge students from contrary perspectives in order to keep them engaged in a discussion. At the same time, I do understand that some students have difficulties in sharing their thoughts publicly, whether through shyness or fear of criticism. Therefore I do welcome private correspondence, and I do provide feedback, constructive criticism and encouragement so that a student may be eased into discussion.
