2000-2003 Senior Circulation Assistant I trained and managed a team of four circulation assistants. I provided reference and access services to library patrons. University of Western Ontario 2000-2003 Senior Examination Proctor I provided adaptive tools for students with special learning needs. I supervised student examinations and testing. Nightingale Services 1995-2000 Senior Partner/Education and Training Manager I managed a team of six training assistants and acted as managing partner for the firm. I developed and facilitated organizational development and health and safety training programs for corporate and industrial clients and the general public. The Writing Centre 1989-1993 Senior Academic Tutor I trained and supervised a team of 12 tutors. I facilitated communication skills workshops and tutorial sessions for students. I coordinated English Language Placement and testing program for incoming student and conducted information literacy seminars. |
