| Focus of Study: | The focus of my studies are on Speech, Interpersonal, Rhetoric, Non-verbal, Intercultural communications, Public Relations, and Organizational Communication. I have studied in all of these areas equally; however, I enjoy Speech Communication the most. Discussing how and why people communicate. Furthermore, I focus on the cognitive abilities of youth and how youths communicate based on theories about communication competency. |

| Skills & Achievements: | I have previous experience with creating educational messages, as well as tutoring and creating lesson plans (all for and with children).
I have previous experience with babysitting - which provided me the opportunity to understand how children and youth learn and communicate. |
| Career Interests: | My long-term career interest is to teach at the collegiate level. I feel that at this level, I will be able to reach a vast audience within the college - but also help to reach out to youth who may be at risk for not attending college - based on various reasons, and helping them to understand the benefits of college, in hopes they will attend. |
| Outside Interests: | I love the arts! I take vocal lessons and also paint! |
