MS Word 2010-Tricky Features

These questions are based on features of the previous word versions that were easy to figure out, but now seem more hidden to me.

What is the quickest way to highlight all material that you want to copy from a word 2010 document?

use the mouse to click and drag over everything you want to highlight

press control C

In the home tab click on select, then scroll down to select all

click on find

go to the insert tab

How do you permanently shut off track changes within a document?

click on track changes in the review pane

click on accept in the review pane and scroll down to accept all changes

click on print layout in view pane

go to file pane, save as, name document

close out of the document and then reopen it

What kind of break will allow you to change margins from one section to the next?

How do you add rows to a table?

click on cell at bottom of table, right click, insert, scroll to insert rows (can choose below or above)

highlight table, right click on format

insert review pane, click on table

press F1

references pane, click on table of contents

How do you insert a screen shot of a website?

Insert pane, click on screenshot, click on available web window that you want a copy of

click on clip art

Insert pane, click on picture of camera

page layout pane, click on themes

view pane, click on web layout
