The first thing I would do is determine if the turnover is centrally located or if the turnover is more widespread. If centrally located, I would conduct exit interviews with the former employees, collecting the data to see if there is are common factors in each case. If common factors are found, whether it is a particular person or a workplace condition, at that point a correction would be made that would work toward employee retention.
