Introduction

Internet has only been a decade old and in such a short time period, its popularity has increased manifold. From being a business requirement it has become a household requirement. It can be found in every middleclass household these days. But with its increasing use, what have increased with it are cyber space crimes, internet insecurity and growing misuse of internet. Now the information on internet is no more secured, with email accounts being hacked for vital information by cyber criminals. With an increase in these activities, it is very important to take necessary steps to give internet security to individuals. These incidents usually occur in organizations, both private and governmental; in private organizations for information about company's plans by there unhealthy competitors and in government for security plans by hostile nations.

In such a case, it becomes very necessary for organizations to have proper security systems. As we know that most of the people access their mails through their office computers, it is very important for the organizations to have certain internet security policy for their employees. Employees also expect that their organization gives them their share of space and privacy. In short, both employee and the organization need privacy and this should be given proper attention.
