Although I do not know what you have studied in your particular class, I am highly surprised and even outraged that multicultural education still fails to bridge achievement gaps (on tests and overall performance areas) among students. If it was truly used and truly working in all American schools, I do not think we'd have such high rates of failure and dropout rates among ethnic minority students in America. Do you agree?
