Wet gas fills the pilot lines from the vertical separator to the scrubber pot and VOC incinerator with condensate causing freezing of the lines in cold weather as well as damage to regulators, solenoid and Kimray waste gas inlet valve.

Given the initiating event that the gas outlet is blocked due to frozen pipeline from negative/minus 45-degree temperature (causing an increase in pressure). This will result to a plant shut down and operation/production downtime.

1. Construct an event tree and how many outcomes are there?
2. Construct a fault tree and determine the total number of cutsets.
