a) In respect to personal and professional accountability, one of my key strengths is the fact that I am always seeking to improve my ability to provide the best service possible to patients, by consistently looking for ways in which to increase my educational level. In addition, I will make it a priority to always seek to learn from those nurses that have more experience and knowledge in the field than I do, which will help me to become much better at this profession as well.
