I think that thousands of lobbyists in Washington DC and millions of dollars spent every year to change federal policies, has a tremendous impact upon legislators and our government in general. Due to this factor, I am of the belief that lobbying is effective the majority of the time due to the fact that the lobbyists are usually very skilled attorneys, who have a great deal of experience in utilizing knowledge about a given issue or government policy, as a means by which to influence legislators to enact policies that are in the best interest of the individuals or organizations ...
