I will lead for purposeful results and change by creating urgency in those junior to for the need for change. Florida's court system has two appellate level courts, namely the supreme court and five district courts of appeal, and two trial level courts namely 20 circuit courts and 67 county courts I will create urgency by identifying the problems in the Florida courts, examining opportunities that can be availed of, and discuss the problems. Next, I will form a powerful guiding coalition. In Florida courts, there are problems of pendency of cases, corruption, and lack of transparency. For improving the situation I will identify the effective change leaders in Florida Courts and request their involvement. With the help of the leaders, I will form a powerful change coalition. After this, for purposeful results and change, I will develop a vision and strategy. I will identify the core values, and ensure that those helping me in the Florida Courts can understand and describe the vision clearly. For example, the team members can easily identify the judicial vacancies and the need for transparency in the appointment of judges in Florida. Next, I will communicate the change in the vision very often, strongly, and convincingly. I will also handle the apprehensions and issues of people honestly. In Florida, there are several problems relating to trials and a lack of information among concerned people and courts. I will remove obstacles so that trials are speedy, fair, and transparent. Also, I will increase the use of technology so that the people of Florida can access information about the courts on their mobile phones.
