1. Particulars of the Journal as follows:
a. Title
b. Authors
c. Publishing Details, Publisher, Year
2. Background Information - about the work, main ideas, thesis, purpose, related literature
3. Your opinion/critique
a. presentation (raise 3 points)
b. ideas the paper presents/asserts/argues for (raise 3 points)
4. Conclusion to your review (a summary of your take on the article and your position on the ideas it raises)
5. Resources (list other works you used in writing the review)

The word count will depend on what is required for you and can vary between 500 to 3,000 words dependent on purpose. Pay attention to citation styles (APA, AMA) that you are required to use. Also, look into requirements of font style (Usually Times New Roman, size 12) and spacing (usually, double-spaced). You may use the listed resources to further explore the topic.
