Solution Summary
In business, due process means that there are systems in place inside the organization that ensure employees can get justice if they have a problem or grievance. Typically, companies that practice due process for employees will have a board or some type of committee that is a cross functional mix of unbiased employees that can hear the employees argument and the companies rebuttal. Upon hearing a case, this committee will then make a decision as to which party is right or wrong and the company is obligated to follow that recommendation (Henderson, 2006).
