Research another organization that is also high on corporate social responsibility. Compare and contrast their CSR approach with the CSR approach of TOMS Shoes.

I will provide an overview of two companies including Starbucks and IKEA, but "you" must provide the third company as well as only use my summary as a reference for conducting your own work. In reference to both Starbucks and IKEA, their programs toward CSR have many differences than the program offered by TOMS shoes, which is predicated upon an entirely different business model. Nevertheless, there are also differences between Starbucks' and IKEA's approach toward CSR as well. Starbucks' places heavy emphasis on its employees and suppliers whereas IKEA places more emphasis on social issues while also building up its employees.

I'll further discuss differences in the next paragraph in reference to actions that weren't discussed in TOMS organizational review but are practiced by Starbucks and IKEA and considered CSR examples.
