Expedia.com is relatively easy to maneuver through. It has links for flights, hotels, cars, vacation packages, cruises, activities, deals/destinations and other various links to shop by interests. One needs only to click a link if the destination is one of their top destinations (New York, Las Vegas, Orlando, San Francisco, San Diego, etc.). You may choose flight only, flight and hotel only, or flight, hotel and car rental. You may build your own trip; however, the one problem is if you do not know the airport code it is hard to find it.
