There are several ways in which organizations can affect the society. Some of the way in which an organization affects the society is by providing economic improvement through employment opportunities, investment opportunities, and by paying taxes. For instance, an organization can open new facilities in the area and this can provide lucrative employment and so reduce unemployment in the area. Through the introduction of new products and services, an organization can affect the lifestyle of the society. Further, the employees are affected by the culture of the organization.
