There are no "good" methods to date, although research continues. Some tropicals (including hemp and rappa) show promise in enhancing natural degradation, as well as microbes and gene-engineeered microbes. However, PAHs in general are not subject to whole-molecule phyto-extraction. It seems that the biggest hurdle is that very few species have the ability to cleave the C-Cl bond of chlorinated hydrocarbons. This is reasonable as Chlorine is toxic to nearly all life forms.
