Freedom of speech on campuses is a constitutionally protected right similar to that for all citizens within the United States. This right is pertinent and can be freely exercised on campus as it would be allowed to in public. There exist areas on campuses where exercising the freedom of speech is designated to assigned places o the campus, but these are few and the exception.

b. Voting rights
Students who are able to vote have the autonomy to vote as they would in any other civic venue. Some states now require more than a student Identification Card, and this has caused outrage from some in the Democratic Party because their base includes college students. Some see this requirement as a deterrent to this voting demographic as a result of the passage of some states attempting to switch the vote to the Republican ...
