William Ury's 'Walk from no to yes'

Wiliam Ury's Ted Talk (Ury 2010) is seen as an invaluable resource as it provides insight into a field Ury is an expert in - negotiations. Ury is an author and an academic who also provides his services as a top negotiator. Ury's services are called upon when situations become tense and impossible between parties that it appears a resolution or a compromise won't be forthcoming. People who use Ury's strategies (Baroff 2017) do so because they have become placed in a polarized situation or are avoiding that particular situation altogether.
