The vision that I have for the healthcare leader is predicated upon several salient points that I will elucidate upon in the following summary. The healthcare leader must ensure that they decide the employees that are responsible for effective data governance as this is one of the most important variables associated with data-driven-decision making wherein the data has to be clearly defined and disseminated to the appropriate healthcare providers to yield the best results. By clearly allocating roles and specifying the roles that employees will have within the data gathering and analyzing roles, this will assist the organization in determining how to most effectively share the correct data. It's important to understand what type of data that must be derived as well because this is not a given.
