- Charismatic leaders are individuals who lead others because of their perceived 'charm and grace'. People admire them for one reason or another. They have very strong self-beliefs and this shows in the way they engage with others. 'Inspirational' lecturers working the circuit to move others to 'act' to increase sales, to make a life-changing decision - these are charismatic leaders.
